Do you offer samples? How do I know it tastes good?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer samples as we don't yet stock sachets - these are coming soon!!
We do have a money back guarantee for any one who buys GIANTS on a subscription. If you genuinely don't feel good, you can ask for your money back :)

Collagen is a great source of protein and is rich in amino acids. It is less processed than Whey, making it a good way to get your protein intake up. Plus of course you do get those additional skin, hair, nail and joint benefits. Our collagen hydrolysate is high quality and ethically sourced, from grass-fed EU cows.

What are PeakO2® mushrooms?
PeakO2® is an organic-certified combination of five adaptogenic mushrooms (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, and Lion's Mane) grown in the U.S. These mushrooms together allow users to "adapt" to and overcome physical and mental stress, increasing power and endurance. How much caffeine content does GIANTS™ contain?
GIANTS™ contains 82.5mg of caffeine in every serving. That's 2 black coffees ⚡
But because we've balanced this again the calming L-Theanine, adaptogenic mushrooms, protein and electrolytes, you won't experience the usual jitters, crash and dehydration ;)
How is GIANTS™ sweetened?
It is sweetened with a mix of Stevia Leaf and less than 0.5mg of coconut sugar (a natural sweetener and an unrefined better-for-you sugar). We don’t use any artificial ingredients.
We’ve designed our formula with a more subtle sweetness than a lot of fitness products as we opted to not use artificial sweeteners which give you a powerfully sweet taste and weird aftertaste. If you love your coffee super sweet, feel free to add some sugar or a sweetener of your own.
Is it 100% natural?
GIANTS™ doesn’t use any artificial products and we use quality real food ingredients in our formula. We are obsessed with ensuring we avoid processed foods as much as possible and sourcing the best ingredients that have proven energy and performance benefits.
Will this help me lose weight?
GIANTS™ can help you lose weight as it makes you feel fuller for longer. It contains MCT Oil which has been shown to suppress your appetite and boost the metabolism. It is also a keto-friendly, low calorie blend with some protein, fibre, fats, electrolytes, and of course caffeine so it can help you reduce daily calorie intake and burn fat. Sticking to low sugar content products in the morning also reduces your sugar cravings.

Does it contain gluten or lactose?
Our first product does contain lactose from a small amount of skimmed milk we’ve used to make it creamier. And although the ingredients are gluten free, it is produced in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg, and gluten.
We will be releasing a lactose free product in the future :)

Shipping questions
How long does shipping take?
It depends where you live!
UK orders usually arrive within 2 working days once dispatched.
EU orders will arrive with your local postal carrier and usually take between 5-7 working days once dispatched.
Rest of the World can take a little longer due to customs but the service is always fully tracked.
What can I do if my order is delayed /hasn't been sent?
If you experience a delay with your order or it hasn't been sent out within the expected timeframe, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Rest assured that we are actively processing your order and you will be provided with tracking information very soon.
How do I cancel my order?
*Our warehouse works very quickly so this may not be possible*
Please email us 'hello@giantscoffee.co.uk' and include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email and if we can cancel your order before it dispatches we will.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we can help with a free return.
Our support team works business hours, Monday - Friday and during busy periods reply times can take up to 48 hours.

How do I get a refund?
We have a 45-day return policy if you haven't openedthe pouch, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a refund/return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
